Maresa’s corporate career as a banker involved helping small and medium businesses, as well as large corporations raise funds for their multi-billion dollar projects and expansion. She has a keen sense of identifying with businesses which have the budding potential to grow, and provide them with the preparation necessary to achieve that level of success.

​On the academic front, Maresa has a Bachelor’s in Business, majoring in Business Finance.
From her years of practice in the banking industry and extensive reading, Maresa found herself giving informal business tips and advice to friends, close associates and even acquaintances.
Starting a professional Business Coaching Company had allowed her to focus on what had now become a passion for engaging business owners and assisting them in achieving their desired results. As an award winning coach at ActionCOACH’s Asia Pacific Conference in 2010 and 2011, Maresa is one of fourteen Business Coaches honoured with this award, in recognition of her achievements and commitment to her business.
Maresa has worked with many business owners and has coached their businesses to massive revenues and profits! After working with Maresa, her clients are now much closer to the vision of their businesses, which is a Commercial and Profitable Enterprise, that Works without Them!
Maresa has developed a passion to grow more entrepreneurs, and in this foray have ventured further into reaching out to more entrepreneurs through public speaking, building and supporting business communities, and creating massive pipelines of education for people who want to grow.
To add, as a Woman Entrepreneur herself, Maresa also has a special passion working with women entrepreneurs, where more women must raise their bar and create a better life through business. She is focused on helping more women skill-up in business competency and have better abilities to sustain a successful company.
Being a passionate outdoor enthusiast, Maresa has a dedicated love for cycling, off-road biking, rock climbing and mountain hiking. Weekends and holidays are spent exploring new biking trails and routes, and having loads of fun in the sun. Maresa has ascended Mount Kinabalu up to 3 times, and Gunung Ledang in Johor 4 times in the past 5 years.
